Pumpkin Patch

Today we joined some friends from church at the Big Orange Pumpkin Patch. Emeline had so much fun! There was so much to see and touch; she loved it. Here are a few of the 50 something pictures that we took.

If you notice in the last few pictures Em wasn't wearing her pumpkin shirt. As we were carrying her the shirt kept rising up and the sequins were cutting her face. I felt so bad but, it didn't seem to bother her one bit.

New House

Here are some pics of the new house. Not much to look at right now. The forms are down and they are working the plumbing this week. The pictures though show off the lot very nicely.

This opening will be the garage.

Homeless!!!

On Tuesday we sold our first house. That is right we are no longer home owners. We are in the process of building a new house in Keller/Fort Worth. We FINALLY have permits and they should be pouring the foundation in the next couple of weeks. We are very excited about our new house. The lot is huge and we love the floorplan. We have had so much fun picking out the fixtures, granite and colors for the house. When we met with the builder the other day he commented on all that we are adding onto the house. We said we plan on living in the house for awhile. He said he loved what we are doing.

I will try and post pictures of the house as it is under-construction. I meant to include the pictures of the forms in this post but, my camera is in the room with Em as she naps. Not going to risk waking her.

Oh, and you are probably wondering where we are living. My parents were so nice to allow us to move in with them. So, there are 5 adults, 3 dogs and 1 baby living under one roof until the end of November. Should be fun. Oh, and did I mention that my parents are trying to sell their house. They must really love me or really want to spend time with Em before she moves out west.

I'm Walking!!!

That is right, Em has taken her first few steps! Below is a video of her walking to me. Yes, she did take a little fall and the end but, she just picked herself up and tried again.

We cannot believe how big she is!!!
